Quality
Capacity
We have the capacity to Process & Produce 25,000 Tonnes of Non-Ferrous metals per annum which requires careful Inspection & Handling in order to offer the highest quality products.
Material
It all starts with raw material Inspection and Selection process. With a very stringent process of Segregation & Inspection, our team is able to separate the highest quality material which is ready for processing.
Control
The collected material go through a multi-phase inspection procedure that not only focuses on Purity of material, but also passes the necessary safety requirements of our state of the art Inspection & Sampling laboratory.
Materials recycled in our plants go through a Four-Staged process appropriate to the specific metal or alloy type. These include:
Purity-Impurity Analysis with Spectrometer.
Double Check of The Analysis By The Way of Chemical Testing.
Visual Inspection – Attachments Visible To The Naked Eye.
Proper Weightment & Measuring Analysis.
Machine Inspection
This involves the use of various machines including a Spectro – Metre to inspect the sampled material for any defects and to check for any non-metallic components in the sample.
The quality of the metals affect not only the end product, but also the environment as a whole.
By using machine inspection, we can ensure that we are producing high-quality recycled metals that will not only be 99.9% pure, but would also contribute towards the environment by not being drawn from natural resources.
Chemical Testing
Chemical Testing in our highly sophisticated Laboratory is a mandatory inspection procedure to be followed by our team. The analysis and composition of the metals produced by us need to be double checked by our highly trained metallurgists.
Impact
By inspecting the Raw Materials and the Finished Goods in our Chemical laboratory, we are able to detect any contamination or non metallic substance which passed undetected in our machine testing procedures. The metallurgists remain vigilant in monitoring the equipment and cleaning it regularly to avoid any type of contamination.
In addition, the ever-changing market for recycled metals means that processors must be cautious in the quality of material they use. Despite these challenges, chemical lab processing remains an essential step in ensuring the quality of recycled metals.
Visual Inspection
When using recycled metals, visual inspection is one of the most important processes to be followed strictly. With a naked eye it is important for the segregators to remove the attachments which are visible without sampling.
Impact
This includes visually inspecting the materials as they come into the plant and throughout the recycling and reclamation process. Rikayaa’s employees are rigorously trained to look for contaminants and other attachments that could affect the quality of the metal.
By using visual inspection, plants can ensure that only high-quality metals are recycled and used in new products.
Weightment & Measuring Analysis
It is of the most important step in our recycling process. We make sure to have accurate measuring instruments when Segregating, Weighing & Processing metals.
Impact
The Rikayaa dedication to quality leads us to perform regular inspection and verification of the accuracy of all measuring instruments we use throughout the process.
This ensures proper Weightment and Measuring of material. This plays a major role in the quality of any nonferrous metal because chemical treatment is only possible by knowing the exact measurement and weight of the metals.
In addition to the Quantities, we take Quality very seriously. Although many other factors inform our dedication to being the best international recycling source available, everything starts with the Process and quality of Products we deliver.
Rules & Regulations
The International Standards Organization (ISO) has developed strict rules and regulations to be followed by every industry. Which are regularly monitored by them by the way of frequent inspections.
Quality Standards
These are the commonly accepted conformity and quality standards that organizations need to follow. Which are regularly monitored by them by the way of frequent inspections.
ISO Compliance
At Rikayaa, we maintain full compliance with all ISO certifications specific to the recycling and production of nonferrous metals.
Quality Control
Quality control assurances are part of the Rikayaa’s commitment to the best results and processes for customers around the globe.
