ScrapForge Privacy Policy

Rikayaa (“Rikayaa”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides ScrapForge: Idle Tycoon (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed and shared when a user accesses or plays the Game on iOS or Android.

This policy applies to ScrapForge. Separate Rikayaa website terms or policies may apply when a user visits other parts of rikayaa.com.

1. Information Provided Directly to Rikayaa

ScrapForge does not require users to create a Rikayaa account or provide their name, email address or telephone number to play.

Game progress, settings, virtual-currency balances and similar gameplay data are primarily stored locally on the user’s device.

If a user voluntarily contacts Rikayaa for support or a privacy request, we may receive information included in the communication, such as the user’s email address, message, device details, screenshots and diagnostic information they choose to provide.

Users should not send payment-card numbers, Apple or Google passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support request.

2. Information Processed by Advertising Services

ScrapForge uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements and limited interstitial advertisements. ScrapForge also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present consent and privacy choices where required.

Depending on the user’s region, device, operating-system settings, advertising consent and the configuration of Google’s services, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

• IP address
• device or app identifiers where permitted
• approximate location derived from an IP address
• advertising impressions, clicks and interactions
• app interactions associated with advertising
• consent and privacy choices
• crash logs
• diagnostic, performance and fraud-prevention information

This information may be used to:

• deliver advertisements
• provide contextual or personalized advertising where legally permitted
• measure advertising performance
• limit repeated advertisements
• detect fraud, invalid traffic and abuse
• maintain service security and reliability
• comply with legal requirements

Rikayaa does not request access to the user’s precise GPS location for advertising. Advertising providers may infer an approximate location from an IP address.

3. Consent and Advertising Choices

Where required by applicable law, eligible users are presented with consent or privacy choices before advertising data is processed for relevant purposes.

Available choices may depend on the user’s country, age, platform and device settings.

Users may also be able to:

• revisit privacy choices through ScrapForge Settings where available
• limit advertising tracking through iOS or Android settings
• reset or delete an advertising identifier where supported
• select non-personalized advertising where that option is offered

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. The Game may still provide contextual or non-personalized advertisements where permitted.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ScrapForge offers optional consumable purchases, a non-consumable Starter Pack and an auto-renewable VIP subscription.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Rikayaa does not directly receive or store the user’s complete payment-card details.

Rikayaa and the Game may receive transaction-related information necessary to deliver, verify and restore purchases, including:

• product identifier
• transaction status
• purchase entitlement
• purchase or subscription status
• store receipt or transaction token
• relevant fraud-prevention or validation information

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are administered by the applicable platform store subject to its terms and policies.

5. Gameplay and Locally Stored Data

ScrapForge primarily stores gameplay progress and settings locally on the device.

This may include:

• game progress
• factory upgrades
• virtual-currency balances
• unlocked content
• settings
• tutorial progress
• locally recorded purchase entitlements

Removing the Game, clearing application data or resetting a device may remove locally stored gameplay data.

6. How Information Is Used

Information may be processed to:

• operate, maintain and secure ScrapForge
• maintain local gameplay progress and settings
• deliver and restore eligible purchases
• provide VIP subscription benefits
• display and measure advertisements
• manage consent and privacy choices
• detect fraud, abuse and technical problems
• investigate crashes and performance issues
• respond to support and privacy requests
• comply with platform requirements and applicable laws

7. Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate and distribute the Game, including:

• Google, for mobile advertising and consent management
• Apple, for App Store distribution, purchases and subscriptions
• Google Play, for Android distribution, purchases and subscriptions
• technical providers involved in app delivery, security and support

These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

Rikayaa does not sell information directly provided by users through a ScrapForge support request.

Advertising providers may process information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention or related purposes where permitted by law and the user’s choices.

8. Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay data generally remains on the device until it is reset, overwritten, cleared or the Game is removed.

Support communications may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple, Google and Rikayaa for periods necessary to provide entitlements, preserve transaction records, prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements.

Advertising, consent and diagnostic information is retained according to the policies and configurations of the relevant service provider.

9. Security

Rikayaa uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under its control.

No electronic transmission, software product or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect access to their device and Apple or Google account.

10. Children

ScrapForge is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Rikayaa does not knowingly ask children under 13 to directly provide personal information through the Game.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information to Rikayaa may contact us so that the request can be reviewed.

11. International Processing

Google, Apple and other service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence.

Where required, the relevant provider uses legal mechanisms intended to support international transfers and applicable data-protection requirements.

12. User Rights and Privacy Requests

Depending on where a user lives, they may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about processing.

Because ScrapForge does not require a Rikayaa account and most gameplay data is stored locally, Rikayaa may hold limited information that can be associated with a specific user.

We may need reasonable information to verify and process a request, but users should not provide Apple or Google passwords or complete payment-card details.

13. California and Other Opt-Out Rights

Where applicable, users may exercise advertising and tracking choices through the consent options presented in the Game and their device privacy settings.

Rikayaa does not sell information directly provided through ScrapForge support requests.

Third-party advertising services may process device or advertising information for advertising purposes as described in their own privacy documentation and subject to user consent and platform controls.

14. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when ScrapForge, its service providers, platform requirements or applicable laws change.

The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or store listing where appropriate.
